Our Process
We assess the full HVAC layout — supply and return register count, trunk line configuration, air handler location, and coil/blower access. Baseline photos at every component before work begins.
Truck-mounted system connects to the main trunk line to establish 5,000+ CFM negative pressure throughout the duct network. This prevents any dislodged material from entering the living space during cleaning.
Rotating brush heads work through every supply and return branch duct. Compacted dust, debris, and biofilm are dislodged into the negative-pressure airflow and extracted to our truck-mounted collection system.
The blower wheel is the component that most significantly affects airflow and energy efficiency. We clean each blade individually using compressed air and brushing — a process that takes 30–45 minutes on its own.
Accessible coil surfaces are cleaned using coil-safe solvent and soft brushing. Condensate drain pan is cleaned and treated. Restricted access coils (certain multi-piece systems) are noted in the completion report.
