Our Process
We inspect the exterior cap, crown, and flashing before entering. Then the firebox, damper, and accessible liner are inspected and photographed.
Heavy-duty drop cloths protect the hearth and surrounding flooring. The firebox is sealed during sweeping to prevent dust migration into the room.
Using NFPA 211-compliant brushes sized to your flue dimension, we sweep the full length of the chimney from firebox to crown — removing all accumulated creosote and debris.
Where Stage 2 glazed creosote deposits are present, we use rotary loop cleaning heads to fracture and remove the tar-like buildup that standard brushes cannot address.
All swept material is collected and removed. We vacuum the firebox and surrounding hearth area. Drop cloths are removed, leaving no ash, soot, or debris behind.
A written report covering all system components, deficiencies noted, creosote stage, and recommendations is provided at job completion.
